Montana State University Bookstore partners with resero Retail Technologies to install CampusCloud

resero Retail Technologies is excited to announce our newest CampusCloud partners - the MSU Bookstore, Blank Canvas Creative, and The M Store!

After a number of years struggling with systems that impeded smooth operations, the MSU Bookstore team decided to make a final system change to CampusCloud citing its ease-of-use, modern architecture, and overall experience that the resero team brings to the table.

“The MSU Bookstore is so excited to partner with resero! It’s great to finally work with a tech company that ‘speaks’ college bookstore vs. having to ‘speak tech’ to get our basic needs met” says MSU Bookstore Chief Wellness Officer Genta Guitron. “The software is remarkably intuitive and the resero team comes with a rich repository of independent college bookstore experience – there is nothing else like it in the industry. Our team is literally giddy with joy!”

In parallel to the implementation of CampusCloud, the MSU Bookstore team is also making the change to Sage Intacct for their accounting needs; the resero team is integrating directly with that solution to provide a seamless, out-of-the-box, replacement for the incumbent system.

“Being selected as a part of the long-term solution for the MSU Bookstore operation really is something special; they have a unique set of needs that blurs the lines between campus store, general retail, and manufacturer” says Chris Przybylski, Co-founder and CEO of resero Retail Technologies. “On top of solving those needs, being able to integrate directly to the Sage Intacct system is going to be an initial challenge for us but will ultimately provide everything the MSU Bookstore, and others, need now and into the future. We’re ecstatic to be working with the MSU Bookstore team and are feeding off their hype.”

With an expected go-live of April 1, 2024, the teams from the MSU Bookstore, resero Retail Technologies, and Sage Intacct have already been working together for a number of weeks laying the groundwork for a successful transition.
